Because I’m active in today’s market, I have a vast network of listings of available homes. I use my expertise in my search, and I review and screen all properties ahead of time. Alternatively, I can have new listings automatically emailed to you, or I can set up a private client website and consult with you on properties of interest.

As we view properties, I encourage clients to become experts themselves. I provide market research and analysis that help you develop an understanding of market and price trends. The more informed you become, the better the process will be. In the end, however, it’s up to you.

Finding your dream home is only a step is the process. Before writing the first offer, I will review comparable sales and market trends with you. I will also create and review strategies and alternatives throughout negotiations, assuring you are comfortable with the offer and every counter offer.
